Rob Ostlere
Robert "Rob" Ostlere is a British actor . He became famous for the role of Arthur Digby in Holby City and a cast in Game of Thrones .
Life
Ostlere graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 2008 .
In the television series Doctors , he was seen in 2008 and 2010 in different roles. In 2011 he played the role of Ser Weymar Rois in Game of Thrones . From 2013 to 2015 he played the role of Arthur Digby in Holby City in a total of 155 episodes.
