The island Rob Roy is part of the Pacific island republic of Solomon Islands . It is located directly, separated only by a narrow waterway, southeast of the island of Choiseul . About 7 kilometers to the east is the island of Vaghena .
Rob Roy is shaped like a recumbent "S", is approximately 14.6 km long (west to east) and on average 4.3 km wide. The densely forested island is uninhabited.
