Robert Glaser

Robert Glaser (born January 18, 1921 , † February 4, 2012 ) was an American educational psychologist who made significant contributions to theories of learning and teaching. His main research interests included talent and expertise.

He founded and directed the Learning Research and Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh , chaired the American Educational Research Association and the National Academy of Education, and wrote more than 20 books and 220 professional articles.
