Robert Linderer
Robert Linderer (born November 25, 1824 in Erfurt , † December 16, 1886 in Berlin ) was a German writer.
Linderer is best known as the author of the German flag song Proudly waving the flag black, white and red , which was originally sung in a naval singspiel from 1883. The music comes from Richard Thiele .
