Robert Lottermoser (born June 3, 1976 ) is a German FIBA basketball referee from Bernau . He is considered one of the best German referees and has already been used at European Championships and in the European Cup.

Career

Lottermoser, who was also a talented footballer, started playing basketball in 1988. While he was active at clubs in Zepernick and Schwanebeck, he acquired the referee license, which he expanded further, so that at the age of 18 he already acquired the A license of the German Basketball Federation. He has been whistling in the 1st Bundesliga since 2001 and FIBA ​​games since 2004. On February 23, 2012, FIBA announced that Lottermoser had been nominated for the 2012 Summer Olympics .
