Robert Negoiță
Robert Sorin Negoiță (born March 29, 1972) is a Romanian politician and businessman. It is one of the first places in the top 300 Romanian millionaires, compiled by Capital magazine. He is currently the mayor of the 3rd district of Bucharest.

Family and education
Born in Măneciu Municipality, Prahova County, Negoiță graduated from high school at the age of 31. Robert Negoiță graduated from Law University in 2007 (University of Bioterra) and Faculty of Internal and International Business Tourism (Romanian-American University).
The parents, Ilie and Lidia Negoiță, got married in 1968; he has two older sisters and one younger brother. Due to the confusion of names, several people have believed that Robert Negoiță was related to Liviu Negoiță, which is not true. Robert Negoiță married Magdalena Negoiță for the first time in 1996. They have a son, born in 1998, and a daughter, born in 2000, but they divorced in 2008. In 2009, after the divorce from Magdalena, Robert Negoiță met Sorina Docuz, and he married her in the summer of 2013. They have a son together who was born in November.

He took his first steps in the business area in 1997 when, after returning to Romania, he managed the Euroline company. He founded his own business in 1998 and, together with his brother, Ionuț Negoiță, developed the Pro Confort company, which specializes in flooring products. The excellent development of the Pro Confort company led to the decision of the young business people to diversify their activity so that Pro Confort also started to manufacture PVC windows, doors and furniture, which ultimately led to the development of the Confort Group. Services are no longer limited to the construction industry and flooring products, with the company also operating in the hotel industry.
The partnership between Confort Group and Pro Hotels resulted in the opening of the first Confort Hotel in the Otopeni area in 2003, followed in 2004 by a new Confort Hotel, this time in the center of Bucharest. In 2007, Ionuț and Robert Negoiță opened the Rin Grand Hotel, the largest hotel project in Europe, located in Bucharest - Vitan area, with 1460 rooms, 42 conference halls, restaurants, wellness facilities, sports hall, etc. Half of the Hotel Rin Grand was opened in the year Converted into apartments in 2011.
Confort Group was consolidated by Domus Stil - developers of residential areas (Confort Residence, Confort Park and Confort City). Confort Group has also built the first amusement water park near the capital. The Otopeni Water Park was opened in the summer of 2004, 6 km from Bucharest. Water Park is the largest water park in Romania.
Political career
In 2004 Robert Negoiță took part in political life, in which context he decided to become a member of the Partidul Social Democrat (PSD). From 2004 he became deputy chairman of the TSD - youth organization of the social democratic party and an important person in the youth association of the social democrats.
In the second half of 2007, Robert Negoiță founded the League of Young Social Democratic Enterprises within the TSD, and was officially elected chairman of this organization. LTISD is a new organization that aims to meet the needs of active society, taxpayers and to ensure a relationship based on solidarity between the business area and society. From its inception, LTISD has participated in various public debates and launched solutions based on the experience of its members outside of politics. One of the most important initiatives in this regard is the proposal for differentiated taxation of land in order to combat speculation in land and the uncontrolled rise in prices in the real estate market.
He was elected as PSD deputy chairman during the extraordinary session in 2010. On July 7th, 2010 Robert Negoiță was elected as chairman of the PSD Ilfov and in 2011 he took over the provisional management of the organization of the PSD of the 3rd district. He renounces all offices within the Rin Group, as well as all other conducted business and runs in winter 2008 in the parliamentary elections for the Chamber of Deputies of the uninominational college No. 1 in Teleorman district. Robert Negoiță was the USL - Social-Liberal Union candidate for the City Hall of the 3rd district in Bucharest for the June 2012 elections.
