Robert Schelander

Robert Schelander (* 1960 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian Protestant theologian and New Testament scholar.

Life

He studied Protestant theology in Vienna, Edinburgh and Tübingen , with excursions to other subjects: mathematics, agriculture, Jewish studies . From 1983 he completed a doctorate in Protestant theology in Tübingen and Vienna. From 1987 he was university assistant in Vienna and from 1997 university lecturer in Vienna. After graduating as Dr. theol. at the University of Vienna in 1992 and his habilitation in 1997 in religious education there, he teaches there as an associate professor .
