The Rocas Jonassen are a group of cliffs in the Antarctic Sound off the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula . They are located just north of Jonassen Island .
Argentine scientists named it after the name of the neighboring island. It is named after Ole Jonassen (1874 – unknown), a participant in the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901–1903) led by Otto Nordenskjöld .
