The rock builder Pál Dél-dunántúli Kéktúra (South Transdanubian blue tour "Pál Rockenbauer"), abbreviated DDK, is a Hungarian long-distance hiking trail.
history
It was opened in 1989 and extends over 561 km from Írottkő to Szekszárd . The rock maker Pál Dél-dunántúli Kéktúra (together with the Alföldi Kéktúra ) complements the already existing long-distance hiking trail Országos Kéktúra to a round tour through the whole of Hungary. The path is named after the Hungarian hiker Pál Rockenbauer , who introduced the Országos Kéktúra long-distance hiking trail to Hungary in 1979 with the documentary series One and a Half Million Steps . Most of the rock builder Pál Dél-dunántúli Kéktúra is integrated into the European long-distance hiking trail E7 (Atlantic - Mediterranean - Lake Garda - Black Sea).
