Rockford University

The Rockford University is in the city of Rockford in the State of Illinois preferred private university . It was founded in 1847 as Rockford Female Seminary , the most famous student of which was Jane Addams , who later won the Nobel Peace Prize . The seminary was renamed Rockford College in 1892 and then Rockford University in 2013 . The university mainly offers liberal arts courses.
