Rodney Waschka II
Rodney Waschka II (* 1958 ) is an American composer who is known for his algorithmic compositions.
Waschka studied at Brooklyn College , at the Institute for Sonology of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag and received his Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of North Texas . His teachers have included Larry Austin at the University of North Texas, Charles Dodge at Brooklyn College, and Paul Berg , Clarence Barlow , Joel Ryan, and George Lewis at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. He also studied with Robert Ashley .
Waschka teaches at North Carolina State University .
