Rodriguais is a French- based Creole language spoken on the island of Rodrigues in the Indian Ocean , which is politically part of Mauritius . Sometimes it is also considered a dialect of the Morisyen spoken in Mauritius .

The official language in Rodrigues is English , and French is also spoken there.
