Rogelio Sinan
Rogelio Sinán , actually Bernardo Domínguez Alba , (born April 25, 1902 in Taboga , † October 4, 1994 in Panama City ) was a Panamanian writer.
Sinán studied philosophy and literature in Chile and Italy. In Europe he got to know the surrealist and other avant-garde currents of his time. With his work Onda the avant-garde continued in Panama. Later he worked in the diplomatic service in Calcutta . He was the founder and promoter of various cultural institutions in Panama and especially of the theater.
As a writer, he published short stories and poems. In addition, he worked as a novelist and wrote children's plays.
