Roger Ford
Roger Ford (born before 1968) is a production designer .
Life
Ford began his career as a production designer for the BBC in 1968, during which time he worked on television productions such as Doctor Who . In 1987 he started working for film productions and from 1991 worked mostly with Kerrie Brown ; until 2002 they worked together on almost 40 film and television productions. In 1996 , they were nominated together for the Oscar in the category Best Production Design for the family film A Piglet Named Babe , but this year the award went to Restoration - Zeit der Sinnlichkeit .
Between 1987 and 2002, Ford also worked as a costume designer for some of his films in addition to the production design , including The Year of My First Love , Flirting - A Game of Love and A Pig Called Babe . Ford has been nominated for several awards from the Australian Film Institute and has won the Australian Film Institute Award twice .
