Roland Krüger (lawyer)

Roland Krüger (born September 8, 1966 in Recklinghausen ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

Life

Krüger received his doctorate in 1995 at the University of Osnabrück with the dissertation "Do income-related expenses lead to the ability to generate surplus?" After passing the second state examination, he worked as a lawyer for five years. In October 2001 he switched to financial jurisdiction and became a probationary judge at the Lower Saxony Financial Court . There he was appointed judge for life in 2003. He then took on the role of presidential judge at the finance court for several years.

A delegation took him from January 2005 to December 2008 as a research assistant at the Federal Fiscal Court . In 2011 he was seconded to the Lower Saxony State Court with half a post . He has been a judge at the Federal Fiscal Court since 2015. Here it belongs to VI. Senate, which is responsible for wage tax law.

He is married and has two children.
