Roland Steinacker
Roland Steinacker (born September 29, 1870 ; † June 14, 1962 ) was a German politician who, together with Franz Karmasin and Karl Manouschek, founded the Carpathian German People's Community in 1929, renamed the Carpathian German Party (KdP) since 1929 . They wanted to represent the cultural interests of Germans in Slovakia and Carpathian Ukraine within the Czechoslovak state .
Roland Steinacker wrote 350 Years of the Evangelical Church in Preßburg (published in 1956 by the 'Aid Committee for the Evang.-Luth. Slovakian Germans' in Stuttgart). His co-author was Pastor Desider Alexy.
His brother was the historian Harold Steinacker .
