Rolf Bischoff

Rolf Bischoff (born November 5, 1934 in Dortmund ) was a judge at the German Federal Court of Justice from 1983 to 1999 .

After completing his legal training, Bischoff joined the judicial service of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia in 1964 , where he worked at the Cologne Regional Court , the Cologne Higher Regional Court and the local judicial examination office.

Bischoff was elected judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1983. The Presidium of the Federal Court of Justice referred him to the VI. Civil Senate to which he was a member throughout his membership of this court.

After reaching the age limit, Bischoff retired on November 30, 1999.
