Rolf Degen (politician)

Rolf Degen (born May 17, 1950 ) is a politician ( FDP ). From 2003 to 2015 he was a member of the government of the Swiss canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden . He headed the Department of Education (today: Department of Education and Culture).
