Rolf Klein (lawyer)
Rolf Klein (born April 11, 1927 in Emmerich ; † March 16, 2018 ) was a German administrative lawyer .
Career
Klein had a doctorate in law. From 1978 to 1991 he was President of the Lower Saxony State Audit Office .
