Rolf Rudiger

Rolf Rüdiger is a prominent television and radio rat from Austria . The hand puppet was invented by Stefan Gaugusch and is also spoken of by him. Rolf Rüdiger likes to eat cream slices for his life and is not a big fan of personal hygiene. Rolf Rüdiger currently lives in a cellar in the basement of the ORF center on Küniglberg in Vienna .

At the side of Confetti , he represented the ORF children's program “ Confetti TiVi ” from 1994 to 2008 . During this time he had appearances in various programs such as the "Confetti Show", "Confetti Town", in the "Saturday Game" or in his own program "Rattenplage". He conducted interviews with well-known representatives of high society, such as actor David Hasselhoff and Federal President Heinz Fischer .

Since 2005, he and the presenter Robert Steiner have been leading the two-hour riddle show “ WOW ” on Radio Vienna every Sunday . Children can call the two live in the broadcast studio and ask them a tricky riddle. The dissimilar duo then has a piece of music to find the answer they are looking for. If they fail, the child wins a prize. Robert and Rolf Rüdiger also appear at off-air events throughout Austria, e.g. For example at the “NIVEA Family Festival”, or at the Radio Wien event series “Cool am Pool” and “Cool on Ice”.
