Rolf Philipp Hans Reclam (born September 1, 1913 in Leipzig , † 1977 ) was a German publisher.

After completing the master's school for book printers and an apprenticeship at the Oldenbourg publishing house in Munich, Reclam rose to the management of the Reclam publishing house in 1947 after receiving his degree in operations management .
