Román Mastrángelo is an Argentine road cyclist .

Román Mastrángelo was Argentine champion in the individual time trial of the junior class in 2007. In 2008 he won the national championship title in the U23 class. He also won the silver medal at the Pan American Championship and at the 2008 World Championship in Varese , he finished 52nd. In the 2009 season Mastrángelo was Argentine U23 champion in the individual time trial and in the road race. In March 2014 he finished 3rd in the overall ranking of the Rutas de América for the Club Ciclista Fénix , 13 seconds behind the winner Héctor Aguilar and twelve seconds on the runner-up Alan Presa .
