Ron Ponte (born July 14, 1988 in Tel Aviv-Jaffa ) is an Israeli volleyball player .
Career
Ponte played for VBC Ra'anana in Israel . In 2008 she won the national cup with the club and took second place in the championship. In the following year, in addition to successfully defending the title in the cup, she also became champion with Raanana. In 2010 the club came second in both competitions. From 2011 to 2013 three more cup wins and two championship titles. Ponte also plays in the Israeli national team , which has played regularly in the Europa League since 2010 . In 2013, the player switched to the German Bundesliga club Ladies in Black Aachen . In 2015 she ended her engagement in Aachen and is currently without a club.
In 2005, Ponte played two beach volleyball tournaments with Shirley Sharashov.
