Sir Ronald Vernon Gunter, 3rd Baronet (born March 8, 1904 in Battle , † January 27, 1980 in Chichester ) was a British racing car driver .

Career in motorsport

Ronald Gunter was active as a racing driver in the 1930s. 1929 was with Sammy Davis behind Giuseppe Campari and Giulio Ramponi overall runner-up in the Brooklands 24-hour race . The emergency car was a Bentley 4½ liter . He finished the 24-hour race of Le Mans in 1935 together with Dudley Benjafield in 13th place overall.
