Ronnenberg was a place northeast of Baumholder in the Birkenfeld district (Rhineland-Palatinate).

The first evidence for the place dates from 1388. In 1933 331 people lived in Ronnenberg; in the following years the community was given up in the course of the establishment of the Baumholder military training area .

Ronnenberg belonged to the Protestant parish Baumholder.
