Ronny Heinkel

Ronny Heinkel (born November 23, 1975 in Sonneberg ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .

Live and act

After completing his law degree Heinkel was established in 2003 from the University of Jena with the labor law magazine "collective The works constitutional organizational unit as an object lawmaking" Dr. iur. PhD. 2005 passed his second state examination in Braunschweig and subsequently worked as a lawyer. On August 1, 2006, he joined the justice service of Lower Saxony as a labor judge. In 2009 he switched to the legal service of the Free State of Bavaria and was initially employed at the labor courts in Nuremberg and Bamberg . From February to July 2012 he was seconded to the Nuremberg Social Court, from May to July 2016 to the Nuremberg Regional Labor Court .

On February 1, 2017, Heinkel was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court. He was initially assigned to the 1st Senate, which was primarily responsible for works constitution and industrial action law. He has been a member of the 6th Senate since 2018.
