Rosa Estaràs Ferragut (born October 21, 1965 in Palma ) is a Spanish politician ( Partido Popular ).

After graduating in Law specializing in victimology at the University of the Balearic Islands Estaràs Ferragut worked since 1990 as a non-practicing lawyer of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands . She was chairman of the PP in the Balearic Islands and was a member of the national party executive. From 1991 to 2005 she was Deputy Mayor of Valldemossa on Mallorca . In 1995 she moved into the regional parliament of the Balearic Islands, after having been deputy president of the local regional government in 1993.

From 2000 on, she was an opposition leader for three years. In 2003 she was again deputy president of the regional government and chairwoman of the regional parliament. In the 2009 European elections she was able to enter the European Parliament .
