Rosa Pompanin (born June 9, 1984 in Pieve di Cadore ) is an Italian curler .

Pompanin was part of the Italian Olympic curling team at the 2006 Turin Winter Olympics. She played in the position of second alongside her teammates Skip Diana Gaspari , Third Giulia Lacedelli , Lead Violetta Caldart and Alternate Eleonora Alvera . The team took tenth place.
