Rostislav Krotký (born October 19, 1976 ) is a Czech cyclist .

Krotký began his career in 2005 with the Czech Continental Team Elmarco KK Cube Dukla Liberec . The next year he moved to AC Sparta Praha . In the 2008 season he was three times third in the stage race Košice-Tatry-Košice and was able to decide the overall standings for themselves. He also came third at the Bradlo Grand Prix and won the second stage of the Tour of Szeklerland .
