Red bird
The red bird ( Chinese 朱雀 , Pinyin Zhū Què , Jyutping zyu 1 zoek 3 ), also "Red Bird of the South" ( 南方 朱雀 , Nánfāng Zhū Què ), is one of the four symbols of the Chinese star constellations , also known as "miracle animals" become. It stands for the south and summer. The red bird (the characters more precisely mean “vermilion sparrow / hemp bird”) is often compared with the phoenix , but has nothing directly to do with it. Nor is it to be confused with Fenghuang .
It is also known in Japan as Suzaku or Shujaku , in Korea as Ju-jak ( 주작 ) and in Vietnam as Chu Tước .
