Architecture and history
The single-storey plastered building was built in the first half of the 19th century. The eaves-standing building has a flat projecting central riser , which is crowned by a triangular gable and forms a three-axis roof bay window. The building is covered by a high pitched roof .
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 70337 .
As part of the ensemble around the Sankt-Marien-Kirche, the building is considered significant in terms of urban development. In addition, the house from the early phase of development in Sudenburg is significant in terms of town history.
