Ruan de Vries
Ruan de Vries (born February 1, 1986 ) is a South African hurdler who specializes in the 110-meter distance .
In 2006 he was eliminated from the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne and won bronze at the African Athletics Championships in Bambous . Another bronze medal followed in 2010 at the African Championships in Nairobi .
In 2014 he finished fourth at the African Championships in Marrakech and eighth at the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech .
He set his personal best of 13.59 s on April 20, 2013 in Potchefstroom .
