Rudolf Kaiser Prize
Every year since 1989, the Rudolf Kaiser Prize has been awarded to a young scientist for special scientific achievements in the field of experimental physics . It is named after the German physicist Rudolf Kaiser .
Work on large devices such as particle accelerators is excluded , as it is usually difficult to assign them to a specific person. The prerequisite is that the award winner has not yet been appointed to a professorship . The prize is awarded by the Rudolf Kaiser Foundation in the Stifterverband for German Science. The prize money is € 35,000 (as of 2019).
