Rudolf Drechsler

Rudolf Drechsler (* July 8, 1876 ; † after 1937) was a German judge .

Life

His father was a businessman. Drechsler was Evangelical Lutheran. He passed the legal trainee examination in 1900 (“sufficient”) and the assessor examination (“sufficient”) in 1905. In the same year he became a court assessor. In 1911 he was appointed to the District Court Councilor in Bottrop and in 1919 to the District Court Councilor at the District Court of Berlin I. In 1921 he was promoted to the chamber judge . In 1926 he was appointed a member of the disciplinary court for non-judicial officials and for the repeal of the state ministerial decision. At the same time he was also a deputy member of the registry court of the veterinary chamber. In 1930 he came to the Reichsgericht as an assistant judge . On July 1, 1931, he was appointed Reich judge. He was active in the 4th and 5th criminal senate. He retired on July 1, 1937.
