Rudolf Schnieders
Rudolf Schnieders (born November 2, 1926 in Neuenkirchen ) is the former General Secretary of the German Farmers' Association (DBV).
Career
Schnieders submitted his doctoral thesis in January 1958 at the agricultural faculty of the University of Bonn . From 1962 he worked for the German Farmers' Association as head of the banking and structural issues department. In 1968 he became its deputy general secretary and in 1976 general secretary. He stayed in office until 1991.
