Around Winkhausen
Around Winkhausen is a cycle race in Winkhausen (district of Mülheim an der Ruhr ). It is one of the circuit races .
The racetrack is a 1.2 km long circuit in Winkhausen. The race / racing event is organized by the Sturmvogel von 1898 eV Mülheim an der Ruhr cycling club and is divided into several races with different distances (number of laps). There are also side events during the races.
The main race is held over 70 laps (84 km). The circuit enables very fast driving. In 2009 an average speed of 45 km / h was achieved. In 2005 Jonas Owczarek drove the fastest lap .
