Rusa Rusaḫi
Rusa Rusaḫi (Rusa, son of Rusa, pronunciation probably Ursas ) was an Urarṭa prince or king. He is sometimes referred to as Rusa IV, but the order of rulers after Argišti II is not certain. There are no building inscriptions from Rusa Rusaḫi, but objects from Bastam and a clay tablet from Karmir Blur , which was found in 1955, bear his name, as does a toprakkale shield .
