Ruslan Israelyan

Ruslan Eduardi Israeljan ( Armenian Ռուսլան Էդուարդի Իսրայելյան ; born October 19, 1961 in Berdaschen , Martuni Province ) is an Armenian politician of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic .

Life

In 1978 he finished his school education in Berdaschen. From 1980 to 1982 he served in the Soviet Army . In 1983 he graduated from the agricultural technical college in the city of Stepanakert and then studied until 1988 at the financial science faculty of the Yerevan State Economic Institute .

From 1983 to 1986 he worked as a mechanic in collective farms in Berdashen. From 1986 to 1987 he was first auditor-inspector and then chief inspector. From 1989 to 1992 he was the deputy chairman of Nagorno-Karabakh community management.

In 1987 he took an active part in the Arzach National War of Liberation. In 1992 he was appointed deputy commander of the hinterland and in the same year he set up a special intelligence force. From 1992 to 1993 he served in the national security structure and took part in various combat operations. From 1994 to 1997 he was company commander and deputy battalion leader in the central defense circle. Ruslan Israeljan took part in the liberation struggles for various settlements.

From July 1997 he served as chief of the special department in the Nagorno-Karabakh Military Prosecutor's Office. From 1998 to 2000 he was the inspector and head of the management department in the Nagorno-Karabakh tax administration. From 2000 until now he has been Executive Director of Flesch + GmbH .

politics

In the elections for the fifth National Assembly on May 23, 2010, he was elected as a member of the Free Homeland Party (Armenian asat hajreniq) after proportional representation. He is a member of the Standing Committee on Security, Law and Order. Ruslan Israeljan is a member of the Heimat group .

Ruslan Israeljan was awarded the medals of Marshal Bagramjan , Liberation Shushi and the commemorative maternal gratitude to the brave sons of Artsakh with the order of the "Battle Cross" of the 1st degree .

Ruslan Israeljan is married and has three children.
