The Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) ( Russian : Российская академия народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации , РАНХиГС) is a university in Moscow , Russia .

The institution, founded in 1977, consists of 22 faculties.
