Monte Carlo Classic 2016

The Monte Carlo Classic 2016 took place from November 22 to 25, 2016 in Monte Carlo , Monaco , at the Stade Louis II . The women's squash tournament was part of the women's PSA World Tour 2016/17 and belonged to the PSA 25 category .

Last year's winner was Jenny Duncalf , who did not run again. In the final, Victoria Lust prevailed against Millie Tomlinson with 9:11, 11: 6, 5:11, 11: 9 and 11: 8.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard received Laura Pomportes a spot in the main draw.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize money was $ 25,000.
