Milou van der Heijden (born December 18, 1990 in Veldhoven ) is a Dutch squash player .

Career

Milou van der Heijden has been active on the PSA World Tour since 2007 and has so far won eight titles in a total of 16 finals. She achieved her best placement in the world rankings with 29th place in March 2019.

With the Dutch national team , she took part in the World Cup in 2010 , 2012 and 2016 . She was also part of the squad several times at European Championships .

In the individual, she has always failed in qualifying at the World Cup. Between 2006 and 2010 she also took part in the European Championships twice. In 2006 she failed in the first round to Lucie Fialová and reached the round of 16 in 2010 , in which she was eliminated by Camille Serme . In 2014 and 2015, she became Dutch champion after beating Natalie Grinham in the final . She won other titles from 2018 to 2020.

She has been playing for Paderborner SC since 2016 .
