Russian State Archives of Old Files
The Russian State Archive of Old Files (Russian Российский государственный архив древних актов , РГАДА / RGADA) is the central Russian archive for manuscripts and prints, especially from the 11th to 17th centuries. It is located in Moscow at 17 Great Pirogovskaya Street .
Today the archive has over three million documents in 1383 collections (funds). It was founded in 1925 from five collections.
