The Rustavi Ensemble (also Rustavi Choir or The Rustavi Choir , Georgian ანსამბლი რუსთავი Ansambli Rustavi ) is a polyphonic Georgian men's choir , who received the first choir in Georgia the musical traditions of all regions of the country in his program. The founder and director of the vocal ensemble founded in 1968 is Anzor Erkomaishvili .

The Rustavi Choir is an academic vocal ensemble that preserves and interprets Georgian polyphonic singing (included in the UNESCO list of Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in 2001 ). The choir is only sporadically accompanied by instruments. Most of the time, there is no instrumental accompaniment.

The repertoire includes hundreds of folk songs, but also Georgian hymns.
