Ryan Kankowski (born October 14, 1985 in Port Elizabeth ) is a South African rugby union player .
Kankowski has played number eight for the South African national rugby union team since 2007 . He has also represented this position at league games of his club teams in the South African Currie Cup and in international super rugby . He has been under contract in the Japanese Top League since 2013 .
His close friends gave him the nickname because of his success as a youth player Definite for determined , he also contributes as a professional player because of his precise penalty shots.
