Sándor Ferenczy

Sándor Ferenczy (* 1906 ; † 1993 ) was a radio play director and author.

Life

Ferenczy wrote and edited primarily radio plays for children and young people; In addition to numerous fairy tale radio plays from the 1950s , a number of modern or original subjects, e.g. B. The gentlemen ask for the cash register (1966/1968) and The whale in the water tower (1974) or Peter and the magic piano (1959).

In 2006, work began on restoring Ferency's old recordings and releasing them on CD.
