Sébastien Cauet (born April 28, 1972 in Saint-Quentin ) is a French showmaster , entertainer , presenter and musician .

Life

Sébastien Cauet began his career as a radio presenter at the age of 13 for the Paris local broadcaster RCF . After several engagements with smaller radio stations, he succeeded in 1992 in switching to the national private broadcaster M40 , today's French radio station RTL2 . There he moderated the night time from midnight to 6:00 a.m. From 1993 he worked as a presenter for Fun Radio . First he received an afternoon program, later he took over the night program. There he met Miko, a listener and later companion. In addition, he received the program Allo Cauet from the TV station M6 , which was produced for a year. In 1996 he switched to Skyrock . Initially moderated again in the afternoon, but later the morning show. In 1998 he moved to NRJ , where he again moderated in the afternoon. In 1999 he became program director of the radio stations Rire et Chansons and NRJ. In 2000 he moved to Europe 2 in the role of program director . In 2001 he worked again as a presenter and moderated the morning show from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. There he met Cécile de Menibus and Cartman. In 2003, Cauet started his television program La méthode Cauet , which has been broadcast on Thursday evenings on TF1 and has achieved market shares of over 40% several times. In 2004 he left Europe 2 and returned to his previous employer, Fun Radio. The Friday program has since been broadcast on French television by TF6 and on Belgian television by Plug TV . Since May 21, 2007, his daily radio show under the title Cauet, c'est que du fun has been broadcast by TF6. Since August 23, 2010, Cauet has been moderating again at NRJ France from 9 p.m. to midnight.
