Sébastien Jullien
Sébastien Jullien (born January 31, 1987 ) is a French road cyclist .
Sébastien Jullien won a stage in the Tour of Serbia in 2011 . The next year he was successful in a section of the Tour de la Guyane Française . In July 2012, Jullien received his first international contract with the Chinese China Jilun Cycling Team . A short time later, he and the team won a stage in the Tour of Taihu Lake .
