Søren Thomas Busk (born April 10, 1953 in Glostrup ) is a former Danish football player .

Player career

Busk started his career at Glostrup IC in 1973. After three years in Glostrup, he moved to Westfalia Herne in Germany in 1976 . After three years in Germany, Busk went to MVV Maastricht in the Netherlands . After another three years in the Netherlands, I went to Belgium to KAA Gent . At the KAA he won the Belgian Cup in 1984 . In the 1985/1986 season he played again in the Netherlands for MVV Maastricht. The next season he played for a year in France at AS Monaco . He then tried another year in Austria at the Wiener Sport-Club before ending his career with Herfølge BK in the following season .

Internationally, he played 61 times for Denmark and scored two goals. He took part in the European Championships in France in 1984 , where Denmark was eliminated in the semifinals. He also took part in the 1986 World Cup in Mexico (from the second round) and at the 1988 European Championships in Germany (from the group phase).
