The Kiev S-Bahn ( Ukrainian Київська міська електричка / transcription Kyjiwska miska elektrytschka ) is part of the Kiev public transport system , along with the metro , tram , trolleybuses and city buses . It opened in 2009. It has been running as a ring line since 2011 . The operator of the railway is Ukrsalisnyzja , which is co-financed by Kyivpastrans .
