The Splash Flash Class International Association (SCIA) is the international class association of the Splash and Flash boat classes . Members of the SCIA are the national class associations such as the SKOG or individual members in countries that do not have a national class association.

The SCIA is a member of the International Sailing Federation (ISAF) and represents the interests of both boat classes there. In association with a national sailing association and an organizing club, SCIA organizes annual world championships. The SCIA defines the class regulations of the two boat classes in a binding manner. These are published by ISAF after checking for conformity.
